Rabil Properties, LLC

Rabil Properties, LLC was founded in 2005 by Al Rabil for the sole purpose of building value through the acquisition and management of off-campus student housing properties. In 2006 and 2007 Rabil Properties, LLC acquired more than 25 properties, comprising approximately 6,000 beds and more than $200 million in value.

In December 2007, Mr. Rabil co-founded Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity fund focused primarily on the acquisition and management of off-campus student housing properties at public universities. Mr. Rabil is the Managing Partner of Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners.
